What does it mean to feel peace, balance, and harmony?

Perhaps harmony means a kind of blending where balance exists between each other while preserving each other’s presence.

It is in this state that one can feel a sense of peace. To experience this feeling, there must be a comfortable resistance to differences between myself and the outside world, along with a natural sense of affinity. Peace comes when we have a broad perspective that understands differences and a certain state of simply observing things as they are.

Nothing in nature contemplates the meaning of its own existence; it simply lives in harmony. Yet, humans alone are burdened with the complexity of pondering the meaning of existence and relationships.

Though we must live as humans, I hope we can occasionally enjoy peaceful moments by simply being ourselves as we are.
